Can I set myself a notification to complete a task?

If you find you need to set yourself a notification to complete a task such as following up with a customer via phone or checking whether your customer who promised to pay an invoice has been paid, Satago can remind you to complete these tasks.

Select the specific customer or invoice your notification relates to and click on the Conversations tab:

Click on the Internal Note button within the Conversations tab. Here you can add any notes and set your notification:

Once posted, this will be recorded under the Conversations section:

and the notification will be received on the date set within your Notifications section in Satago:
