My customer was matched incorrectly, how do I unmatch them?

If you find a customer within your Satago account who has been matched to an incorrect company, you can easily match the customer to the right entity.

Firstly, click onto the customer's profile in Satago, then head to their Options tab

Here you can remove the current matched company by clicking the 'X' on the right hand side

 

Now click on the search bar and type the company name or registered number, find the correct company in the list and click on it to complete the match

Once matched, the correct credit information for this company will be pulled through to Satago.
