If you would like to disable a specific reminder across all customers, please follow these steps:
Go to Credit Control > Group Configuration.
Click on ‘Enable & Review templates’ under reminder emails.
Select ‘Enable this template’ for the selected reminder. Remember to save the changes.
Follow the same steps to enable or disable the template depending on your current setting.
