Satago makes it easy for your customers to pay invoices directly through email, thanks to our SatagoPay feature within Credit Control. Here’s how it works:
How does the SatagoPay payment option work?
Once SatagoPay is set up on your account, your customers can pay invoices directly from the invoice link in reminder or statement emails.
Access SatagoPay via the View Invoice Link:
Open a reminder or statement email that is scheduled to be sent to your customer.
When your customer clicks on View invoice, they will be taken to the invoice screen.
When they click Pay now, the payment screen will appear, allowing them to complete their payment securely.
Access SatagoPay via the Pay Now Link:
Open a reminder or statement email template and add a ‘Link for Pay Now’ Snippet as shown below
The email will be displayed as the following to your customer
Payment Process
Your customer receives an email reminder with the payment link embedded, when clicked is redirected to the SatagoPay page.
Customer clicks on the link and get to the payment screen.
Customer needs to input their bank details and clicks submit.
Customer receives a payment confirmation via email.
Can I control which customers see the SatagoPay option?
Yes. If you do not want all customers to have access to the payment link:
Create a separate customer group.
Remove the “View invoice” link snippet from the reminder and statement email templates for that group.
