What is Satago’s role as a servicer?

For some finance partners, Satago may act as the servicer for your Invoice Finance facility.  This means that Satago may perform various client management activities on behalf of the finance partner, including being your daily point-of-contact for any queries you may have.  Note that we will make it clear in any communications where Satago is acting as the servicer.

Who is my finance agreement with?

Your finance agreement and any associated security paperwork will be with one of our finance partners.  If you have any questions, please get in touch with us using our help function.

Why does Satago partner with other finance providers?

By partnering with a number of finance partners, Satago is able to provide multiple options to fit your finance requirements and circumstances.  Some of these partners will provide their Invoice Finance facilities directly via the Satago platform using the existing interface you’re already familiar with.
