How to complete a manual import from Sage 50

    • By default, the Sage 50 connector syncs automatically with Satago every 3 hours using the Sage 50 Connector installed on your main Sage 50 machine. If you need to sync your data manually, you can do this at any time using the connector.

    How to manually sync your Sage 50 data

    1. On the machine where the Sage 50 Connector is installed, go to the system tray.

    2. Right-click the 'S' icon to open the Sage 50 Connector menu.

    1. Select Company List.

    1. In the Company List, single-click your company name.

    1. Click Sync Now to start a manual sync.

    Your data will now be imported from Sage 50 into Satago, this process can take a few minutes to complete.
