Unable to integrate shared mailbox as I don't have a password

When integrating a shared mailbox with Satago, you will need to enter the mailbox email address and its password.

How to set a password for a shared mailbox

  1. Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center

  2. Click Users

  3. Click Active Users

  4. Find the shared mailbox and click on it

  5. Click Reset Password and set a new password

Once the password is set, you’ll be able to continue integrating your mailbox with Satago.
