Unable to integrate shared mailbox due to no password

You will need to enter the mailbox email address and its password when integrating your mailbox to Satago.

If you use a shared mailbox in Microsoft and don’t use a password, you can set up a password using the steps below:

  1. Go to https://admin.microsoft.com/

  2. Click Users

  3. Click Active Users

  4. Find the Shared Mailbox and click on it

  5. Click on Reset Password and set a password.

You’ll be able to continue integrating your mailbox with Satago once the password is ready.
