Reminders are not being sent as accounting software synchronisation is out of date
Reconnect your accounting software Automated reminders are paused as the accounting system is out of sync.
Issue Description
Users may experience instances where the software falls out of sync or outdated. This is often caused by connectivity issues with cloud-based accounting software providers (e.g., Xero) or with local connectors for desktop systems such as Sage 50. These synchronisation issues can result in data discrepancies. To help maintain accuracy and prevent the delivery of incorrect reminders or statements, Satago will automatically pause the sending of emails and SMS messages if no data has been synchronised within the past 48 hours.

1. Login to Satago and Click on Admin → Organisation → Options
2. Click on Import Now, or Re-connect if it is shown, and follow any other prompts on screen.
