1. How do I set up Credit Control?
To get started, complete these three quick setup steps:
Follow the on-screen prompts in the Credit Control Centre.
Configure your group settings as needed.
Review your group overview for a visual breakdown of your customers.
2. How do group settings work?
You can enable or disable features at the platform level. Once a feature is activated, it applies to all groups by default—unless you customise it in the Group Configuration Settings. You can monitor your groups and their configuration by checking which template has been enabled for each one.
3. What does the group overview chart show?
The chart provides a visual breakdown of customers by group. Hover over any section to view details by invoice or amount.
4. Can I change the view of my charts?
Yes, you can choose to view your charts by invoice count or total amount.
5. How can I review sent messages?
Review the breakdown of your sent messages.
