Satago’s Group Configuration page allows you to manage customer groups and tailor your credit control settings.
1. How do I select a group?
Use the Select Group dropdown to view all existing groups across your customer portfolio. Select a group to review its current configuration..
2. How do I create a new group?
Click the Create New Group button to set up a new group with a custom configuration tailored to your needs.
3. How can I view customers in a group?
View the customers in the selected group.
Once you’ve opened the list of customers, you can create exceptions within the group, by disabling active features for specific customers—simply tick or untick the features you want to disable.
4. How do I reassign customers between groups?
Use the Manage Group option to reassign customers from one group to another.
Select the source and destination groups, then choose the customers you want to transfer.
5. How do I set up and manage templates?
Each group includes three sets of templates: reminders (email and SMS), thank you emails, and statements.
Click the bell icon to disable a template for the group.
Click Enable and review templates to view, edit, and re-enable a template.
Select the template you’d like to enable, tick the Enable this template box, and save.
You can edit template wording, insert available snippets
And enable SMS, either by using a predefined template or creating your own, before saving your changes.
6. How do I manage schedules for a group?
You can see the schedule assigned to your group and choose a different one.
From this page, you can also manage existing schedules and create new ones.
