How do i cancel my account?
Satago aims to make managing your subscription as simple as possible. Firstly, we're really sad to see you go. We'd love a chance to see if there's anything we can do to keep you.
But, if you wish to cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below. We recommend reading all instructions carefully to ensure a smooth cancellation process.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
1. Email Request
Send an email to hello@satago.com with your cancellation request.
Important:
Please provide a reason for your cancellation in your email. This helps us improve our service.
2. Sage 50 Users
If your Sage 50 finance package user with an included a Satago subscription, please contact Sage directly to remove Satago from your package.
What Happens Next?
Your subscription will terminate at the end of the current Subscription Period in which we receive your notice.
If you do not provide a reason for cancellation, our team will be in touch to confirm your reason to process cancellation.
How to Disconnect your Accounting Software
To disconnect your accounting software please follow the steps below.
Please note:
If you would like to remove your account data, please mention it in the cancellation email.
If you completed an invoice finance application with Satago, we are required to keep some information on file for 5 years due to regulatory requirements.
