What is the Credit Limit Breaches report?
The Credit Limit Breaches report helps you monitor customers whose invoices exceed their recommended or custom credit limits. This guide explains how to use the report, manage notifications, and update credit limits for your customers.
How to view Credit Limit Breaches
Go to the Credit Limit Breaches report in your Satago account.
Use the tabs to toggle between Recommended limit breaches and Custom limit breaches.
Recommended limit breaches: Shows customers who have exceeded the system-recommended credit limit.
Custom limit breaches: Shows customers who have exceeded a custom credit limit you have set for them.
Managing notifications
By default, Satago will notify you if a customer breaches their credit limit.
You can turn these notifications on or off in your Notification settings.
How to change a customer's credit limit
Go to the customer record.
Select the Options tab.
By default, all customers use the Recommended Credit Limit.
To set a custom limit, select Use Custom from the dropdown menu and enter your preferred limit.
