This FAQ explains how to send an instant (manual) email reminder to your customer using the Satago app.
How to send an instant reminder manually?
Go to Accounts > Customers
Search for and select your customer’s invoice.
Click Prepare instant reminder.
The instant reminder uses the Reminder 1 email default template.
You can amend the template for this specific email if needed.
When you are happy with the template, click the Preview & Send tab.
You will see options to:
Send a preview to your own email address, or
Send directly to your customer.
Click Send Reminder Now.
Where can I see sent manual reminders?
Manual reminders and statements are recorded in the Sent messages tab, along with automated messages.
