To set up your automated payment reminders and monthly statements. Firstly, we want to make sure you have email addresses recorded for each customer in your accounting package. Satago will recognise if any of your customers are missing an email address and you can check this from your incomplete customers list.
We recommend adding any missing email addresses to your accounting package, which will, in turn, update Satago on your next data sync.
