How can I change the connected mailbox to a new domain for sending emails from Satago?
You may want to change the connected mailbox in Satago where your automated are sent from if you have changed your domain or have simply connected the wrong mailbox.
To disconnect the mailbox, navigate to Credit Control > Settings > Email Integration tab.
Then click the red Disconnect button from the email integration page to remove the current mailbox.
Now enter the new mailbox email address into the email field below under ‘Your Domain’.
Click the relevant mailbox provider button to login to you mail account and allow Satago authorisation.
If you use Gmail, you will select Google and log into your Gmail account to authenticate Satago.
The next screen will ask for your mailbox password, then the mailbox will ask you to authorise Satago.
The connection is then complete.
If you recieve an error message relating to permissions, please ask your IT to help complete the integration, as you may not have the required access to do so.
