Can I find out if the Reminder/Statement/Thank You email was opened?
Satago can monitor Reminders, Statements and Thank You emails to tell you whether they have been received and opened by your customers. This is only possible if you are sending your emails via the Satago Subdomain (which ends in .satago.co) . You can check if you are using Satago Subdomain or Your Domain under Credit Control > Settings > Email Integration.
To check the status of a sent email, navigate to Credit Control > Sent to view sent messages - the Status column will show whether the email was delivered and whether it was opened and when:
