What do I get with Satago in the Sage 50 Finance Package? (US)
Your Finance Package includes the Satago Basic plan - there’s no extra charge to activate it. Here's what it includes and what it doesn't.

What isn't included in Basic
Sending reminders from your own email address. Basic sends reminders from your Satago subdomain. See What is Credit Control? (US).
SMS (text message) reminders.
The option to include payment links in your reminder emails to let customers pay online.
Multi-user accounts.
Upgrading
The Satago Premium plan adds sending from your own email account, SMS reminders, online payments, more reminders and credit reports, and up to 5 users. Upgrades are handled through Sage, not in Satago, and you should reach out to the Sage billing team if you want to explore upgrading your account.
Check your usage
In Satago, go to Admin > Organisation > Billing to see your allowances and how much you've used.
