What is Satago and how does it work with Sage? (US)

Satago are Sage’s trusted cashflow management partner.

Satago’s ‘Basic’ plan is included in your Sage 50 Finance Package at no extra cost. It helps you chase invoices and understand your customers' credit risk, using your Sage 50 data.

Satago connects to your Sage 50 company and uses your invoice and customer information to give you two tools:

Why it helps

Credit Control

Sends routine invoice reminder emails, statements and thank-you emails for you, on a schedule you set. You choose which customers receive them and what they say.

Less time writing and sending the same reminders, more consistent follow-up, and more time for the payment conversations that need a personal touch. See What is Credit Control? (US).

Risk Insights

Overlays customer credit information from a leading credit bureau across your Sage 50 data.

Helps you judge a customer's financial health before you accept a larger order or agree to longer payment terms, and shows which customers need closer attention. See What is Risk Insights? (US).

How Satago works with Sage 50

  1. You install CCRI Integrations, the connector for Sage 50, and connect your company.

  2. The connector sends your Sage 50 data (customers, invoices and payments) to Satago.

  3. Satago uses that data for reminders and credit insights. Satago doesn't replace Sage 50: you keep using Sage 50 for your accounting.

See How do I connect Sage 50 and set up Satago? (US).

What Satago doesn't do

  • It doesn't replace Sage 50 or any other tool in your Finance Package.

  2. Review your customers in Risk Insights: How do I use Risk Insights? (US)
