Complete a Full Re-Sync from the Sage 50 connector

    • If you need to ensure all your Sage 50 data is fully up to date in Satago, you can perform a Full Re-Sync using the Sage 50 Connector.

    How to perform a Full Re-Sync

    1. On the machine where the Sage 50 Connector is installed, go to the system tray.

    2. Right-click the 'S' icon to open the Sage 50 Connector menu.

    1. Select Company List.

    1. In the Company List, double-click your company name.

    1. Click on the dropdown arrow next to Sync Now

    • Click Full Re-Sync.

    1. You will be notified once the Full Re-Sync is complete.

     

    1. It may take up to 10 minutes for the sync to complete on Satago, you can check the progress in Satago
