Updating your Sage 50 connector

    • Keeping your Sage 50 connector up to date ensures smooth data syncing and uninterrupted access to Satago features. If your IT team installed the connector on your server, please ask them to complete these steps.

    How to update your Sage 50 connector

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Open Satago Settings

      • Right-click the Satago icon in your programs tray.

      • Select Settings.

    1. Check for Updates

      • Copy your existing License key.

      • Click Check for Updates at the bottom of the Settings window.

      • If updates are available, follow the prompts to install them.

      • You will be asked to enter your License key during the update. Click Save once complete.

    1. Re-sync your company data

      • Open your company list from the programs tray.

    • Double-click your company name to open its settings.

    • Click the drop-down arrow beside Sync Now and select Full Re-Sync.

    Your Sage 50 connector should now be up to date!
