    How to find your Sage 50 Connector

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Go to the system tray

      • On the machine where the Sage 50 Connector was installed, locate the system tray (usually at the bottom right of your screen).

    2. Right-click the 'S' icon

      • Find the 'S' icon representing the Sage 50 Connector.

      • Right-click on the icon to open the menu.

    1. Select 'Company List'

      • Click on 'Company List' from the menu options.

      • The connector will open onto the Company List screen.

    1. View sync details or perform a manual sync

      • On the Company List, you can see the last sync time for each company.

      • To perform a manual sync, click Sync Now.

    Additional Information

    • If you do not see the 'S' icon, ensure the connector is installed and running on your machine.
