This FAQ is designed to help Sage50 customers (with a Finance Package subscription) who are landing on a Satago pricing page.
Why am I seeing a pricing page when I log in to Satago?
The Satago subscription is included in your Sage50 Finance Package and your billing should be managed by Sage. There could be a few reasons why you are still seeing the pricing page, please see below to troubleshoot.
Please double-check that you are logging in with the correct email address associated with your Sage50 account (with the Finance Package.)
You will have to contact Sage to confirm this information.
If you have used another email address, this will create a duplicate account resulting in you seeing the pricing page. In this case, please contact us (details below) so we can move the subscription over.
Ensure your Sage50 Finance Package subscription is active.
This is a standard step to confirm your account is linked to the correct Sage product and subscription.
If you have a multi-company license with Sage, your included Satago subscription applies to only one account.
If you connect Satago to another company within the same Sage license, you may see the pricing page. In this case, please contact us (details below) so we can move the subscription over.
But at any point, you wish to switch your subscription to another company, please contact us (details below) so we can move the subscription over.
