How to perform a full re-sync from Connected Services in Sage 50

If you need to ensure all your Sage 50 data is fully up to date in Satago, you can perform a Full Re-Sync directly from Connected Services within Sage 50.

How to perform a Full Re-Sync

  1. In Sage 50, log in as Manager.

  2. Navigate to Connected Services.

  3. Select Satago Sync Settings.

  1. Click Sync data now.

  2. Choose the Full data sync option.

Note: The full data sync can take several minutes to process. Please allow up to 15 minutes for changes to be reflected in Satago.

Troubleshooting

If the full re-sync does not resolve your issue, you may need to reconnect Sage 50 to Satago:

  1. Go to Connected ServicesSatago Settings Menu.

  2. Click Disconnect.
